The Social Welfare Department (SWD)UP invites applications from students for Pre Matric Scholarships and Post Matric Scholarships for the years 2023 and 24. The online scholarship form will only be available to candidate who have complete their Pre Matric (9th and 10th class) and Post Matric (Dashmottar) as well as 11th 12th class and higher in a College in UP.

Application Fee

It is not necessary to pay any application fee for fill out the Online Application Form for UP Scholarship 2019 Pre Matric and After Matric (Dashmottar).

Eligibility Criteria for UP Scholarship 2023-24

1. The applicant must be a permanent household of UP.
2. The applicant must be enrolled in a school, college and health information management.
3. Students in 9th and 10th class are eligible for the Pre Matric Scholarship.
4. Students in 11th and 12th class can apply for a Post Matric scholarship.
5. Student in 9, 10, 11, and 12 class are allowing to apply for UP Scholarship
6. The total annual income for the categories (Post-Matric), Minorities, and General cannot exceed Rs.2,00000/. For SC/ST it can’t exceed RS.2,50000/. 2,50000/.

1. Mark sheet / certificate of your education qualification

5. The course fee is a non-refundable annual compulsory amount

Steps to Apply Online for UP Scholarship 2023-24

Fresh Candidate  

A new candidate, who took admissions in class 9, 10, 11, 12th and Other Dashmottar courses such as Diploma, Certificates, PG, and UG in the year 2023, may apply with fresh details.

Renewal Candidate  

1. Candidates that have applied to Scholarships in the past will renew their applications using previous year registration number and login ID.
2. Prepare all documents before submitting online scholarship form
3. Please contact your college or school if you have any questions about the amount that is non-refundable.
4. You will need to send your application to the school or college within 3 days after completing the online form.
